Hi Forum Members:
I teach our fire managmemt courses here at BCIT. RedApp is a great learning tool that we use in class. I have also used Behave (Remsoft) in the past as well. Behave is great as you can use it to see the effects of a fire buring through different fuel types in one model run....spot fire starts in C6, burns for 300m, then enters C3 for 500 m, etc.
I've had to upgrade my laptop, and via Remsoft, I hear that Behave will not run in Windows 10, and I am looking for suggestions.
1) Has anyone used RedApp, in some way that I cannot figure out, to model a fire burning through multiple fuel types in one model run?
2) Any suggestions of other software that does that?
